Spring is here! So to celebrate we’ve gone for a summery fresh flavour on our cake this week. Mango & passion fruit cake. Soft vanilla sponge, soaked with zesty orange syrup, filled with sweet buttercream and tangy mango passionfruit coulis, finished with sticky Italian meringue. 🥭 🎂 🤤
