Everything we make requires a great deal of care so it's not surprising that we work hard to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition. It's possible that your order may be delayed because couriers are facing an increase in demand for mail order goods.We thank you in advance for bearing with us during these exceptional times.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I take great pride in everything I do, so if something is not to your satisfaction, let me know and I'll put it right. All our parcels are carefully packed by hand, and go to great lengths to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. But if your order is damaged in transit, due to the nature of the product unfortunately we can not take refunds.

CANCELLING AN ITEM

You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within fourteen days of delivery. This does not cover items specifically made for you, such as wedding cakes, or food items which have an expiry date of up to 14 days after the date of despatch.
